Shipping Charges & Delivery

Shipping charges will be automatically calculated on orders at the checkout.  All shipping prices are calculated in NZ$.  If you are an international customer please email us for a price for shipping and we will advise the cost to your destination and adjusted order total.

Our shipping prices are:

• Single Trial Nappy Packs - Free shipping (provided this is purchased alone without any other items; one per family only)
• All other shipping:

Delivery Times

All orders received will be sent the next working day once your payment has cleared.
All our parcels are shipped via New Zealand Post.  We do not take responsibility for parcels that go missing in the post and do not replace items lost.  Some of our items are posted using tracked postal tickets. 

Returns Policy

Please email before returning items.  Any unauthorised returns will not be accepted.  Items must be unused and unwashed and returned within a month of receiving them, unless faulty.  They must be in original condition and free from foreign smells, dirt, marks or stains.  Items returned in an un-usuable state will not be refunded and subject to our discretion as to a suitable resolve.  Refunds will be paid for orders (less shipping charges) or a suitable exchange arranged.  You are responsible for returning the items to us.
